TWI-2300 Semi-Automatic Insertion System

The TWI-2300 is a semi-automatic insertion system designed for use with Twisted Wire Interconnects [TWI]. The TWI-2300 is manually loaded with TWI’s and the target media such as a PCB or MCM stack. The method of operation is as follows; the operator manually inserts and seats a TWI into the selected via of the target media, the TWI-2300 then performs the final steps of pulling, aligning the TWI and cutting the leader, which is removed automatically. The process repeats as required. The system is a portable bench top unit that can be operated by either foot pedal or a computer.
